Status of Self-Proclaimed Republics Undiscussed at Minsk Talks on Ukrainian Crisis

MINSK, September 20 (RIA Novosti) - The issue of the self-proclaimed republics' status remained unaddressed at the talks on the Ukrainian crisis in Minsk, Igor Plotnitsky, the Head of the People's Republic of Luhansk, said.

"The issue of the status of the People's Republic of Luhansk and the People's Republic of Donetsk was not discussed," Igor Plotnitsky stated.
