At least eight people were killed and another 18 were wounded in a suicide car bombing near a cafe followed by another bomb attack in the restive Iraqi province of Diyala, the Down.com news portal said on Thursday.
Violence in Iraq has fallen sharply from its peak in 2006 and 2007, but attacks still continue across the country. In March, 112 Iraqis were killed, according to government figures.
