BUCHAREST, June 8 (RIA Novosti) - A lucky Romanian has won 11 million euros, or $15.4 million in the country's national lottery, local media reported on Monday.
The name of the lotto ticket holder has not been disclosed. Another 130 people will also receive 5,500 euros each following Sunday's lottery.
Romania's previous jackpot last December was just 280,000 euros. The country's highest ever jackpot of 12.5 million euros was won in January 2008.
