Piramida is the only television station in the country to offer airtime to the opposition.
Elina Chernyavskaya said the attackers, wearing masks and claiming to be policemen, started breaking equipment, poured petrol on television and radio transmitters and set the building ablaze.
She said the damage totals $200,000.
Chernyavskaya said the station, which has been off the air for two months, was planning to resume its work Thursday. Over the summer, the company's central office was also attacked, and police have not yet identified any suspects.
Kyrgyz Prime Minister Felix Kulov ordered the interior minister to investigate the incident, find those responsible as quickly as possible and protect of the station from further attacks.
