MOSCOW, November 4 (R-Sport) - FC Krasnodar stunned Dynamo Moscow on Sunday with a 2-0 win that undermines the Muscovites' recovery from a catastrophic start to the Russian Premier League season.

Brazilian forward Wanderson scored the opener goal in spectacular fashion, hitting a snap volley into the roof of the net from 12 yards out just before half time.

Moussa Konate went one better in injury time, blasting an outlandish volley from far out right over Anton Shunin in the Dynamo goal.

Wanderson is on loan from Gothenburg, while Konate signed from Maccabi Tel Aviv after impressive performances for Senegal at the London Olympics.

Dynamo came close twice, with Balasz Dzsudzsak hitting a rasping drive that veered just left of goal, and Kevin Kuranyi heading a Dzsudzsak cross into Krasnodar goalkeeper Andrei Sinitsyn's grateful arms.

Otherwise, Dan Petrescu's men put in the kind of toothless attacking display that has prompted some Dynamo fans to resort to criminal action to try and shake a worthy performance out of the side.

With four wins in their last five, it looked like Dynamo had turned a corner after losing their first five games straight. But they remain 11th in the table, and see Krasnodar rise a place to ninth.

At the top of the table, CSKA Moscow and Anzhi Makhachkala recorded wins earlier Sunday, with the Muscovites briefly going three points clear with a dramatic 2-1 victory over Lokomotiv Moscow.

Anzhi then closed the gap to a single point with a 3-1 defeat of Terek Grozny.

On Saturday, FC Kuban beat Amkar Perm 3-0 to briefly go fourth before Spartak Moscow snatched that position with a 5-0 trouncing of Krylya Sovetov Samara, while Rubin Kazan beat Mordovia Saransk 3-1.

On Friday, Roman Shirokov scored the winner with the last touch of the game as Zenit St. Petersburg beat FC Rostov 2-1.

Alania Vladikavkaz’s game against FC Volga rounds out the weekend’s action Monday evening.
