French defender Steeve Joseph-Reinette headed Krylya Sovetov to a 2-1 comeback against 10-man FC Kuban in the Russian Premier League on Sunday.

Joseph Reinette's 86th-minute strike from Pablo Zeballos' corner gave Krylya their first win of the season and condemned Dan Petrescu's Kuban to their second defeat in their opening three games.

Kuban midfielder David Tsoraev opened the scoring at 22 minutes, volleying the ball into the far corner of the net from outside the penalty area.

Ex-Blackpool striker Sergei Kornilenko responded with an even more spectacular long-range shot eight minutes later to level the scores with a 20-yard screamer.

Kuban's Artur Tlisov picked up a straight red card four minutes after the break when he kicked Krylya's Paraguayan striker Luis Caballero in the chest.

On Saturday Sergei Semak scored two goals and won a penalty as Zenit St. Petersburg demolished CSKA Moscow 3-1 and newly-promoted Alania Vladikavkaz pulled off an unlikely 5-0 thrashing of nine-man Terek Grozny.

Later Sunday, Amkar Perm visit Anzhi, and Dynamo and Spartak clash in the season's first Moscow derby.

Mordovia Saransk won Friday's only game, thrashing FC Rostov 3-0.
