Russian athletes took all three medals in the Women's 20 km Walk event on Wednesday at the 2010 European Athletics Championships in the Spanish city of Barcelona.
Olga Kaniskina, the 2008 Olympic Champion and two-time World Champion, took gold covering the distance in 1 hour 27.44 minutes.
Her compatriots Anisya Kirdyapkina and Vera Sokolova finished the race in 1 hour 28.55 minutes and in 1 hour and 29.32 minutes respectively, taking silver and bronze.
This is the second gold for the Russian team in Barcelona. Stanislav Yemelyanov won the Men's 20 km Walk on Tuesday.
