Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said on Monday that 75 percent of the government will be new.
President Vladimir Putin signed on Monday a decree on the make-up and structure of the new goverment. Putin and Medvedev will shortly meet the members of the new Cabinet.
When asked by Putin how much the make-up of the new government will be changed, Medvedev said: "Three-quarters - new people who appeared recently or who have entered the government for the first time."
