Almost 1.3 billion rubles ($40 million) will be doled out between five parties that got more than 3 percent in the December 4 parliamentary elections, the Izvestia daily said on Friday citing a Central Election Commission document.

Under the Russian law, the parties that scored more than 3 percent in State Duma elections, are entitled to receive support from the budget. One voice that a party received at parliamentary elections is valued at 20 rubles (less than $1).

This year, the state support will be doled out between four parties elected to the State Duma and the non-parliamentary Yabloko party which garnered over 3.4 percent in the elections.

The pro-Kremlin United Russia will get over 647.5 million rubles ($20.7 million), the Communist Party of Russia - 251.9 million rubles ($8 million), A Just Russia - 173.9 million rubles ($5.5 million), the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia - 153.2 million rubles ($4.9 million), Yabloko - 45 million rubles ($1.4 million).

The money will be transferred to the parties' accounts.
