STAVROPOL, May 26 (RIA Novosti) - Three people were killed and at least seven injured in an explosion in the city of Stavropol in southern Russia, local authorities said Wednesday.

City administration civil defense chief Boris Skripka said the explosive device went off 15 meters from a concert hall in the city center.
