Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has changed his working schedule and will return to Moscow after two deadly blasts in the Russian capital's subway, Putin's spokesman said Monday.

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has changed his working schedule and will return to Moscow after two deadly blasts in the Russian capital's subway, Putin's spokesman said Monday.

"The scheduled conference on the development of professional education has been postponed until a later time," Dmitry Peskov said.

Two blasts in Moscow's subway at the Lubyanka and Park Kultury stations occurred during the early morning rush hour with an interval of 40 minutes, the first one at approximately 8:00 a.m. Moscow time (5:00 GMT). According to preliminary information, at least 37 people have died and dozens were injured.
