The plane crashed 2.5 kilometers northwest of Yaroslavl airport, near the village of Tunoshna, during ascent. According to the Emergencies Ministry, the plane had 45 people aboard, 37 passengers and eight crew members. Only two, hockey player Alexander Galimov and flight attendant Alexander Sizov, survived and are in serious conditions.
