MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russia’s Gazprom company forecasts over 165 billion cubic meters of natural gas exports to Europe this year, the top manager at the firm's subsidiary Gazprom Export said Wednesday.
"Revenue projections have not changed. In terms of volume, we also have every reason to expect as before that the volume will be slightly higher than the previously announced 165 billion [cubic meters]," export department deputy head Mikhail Malgin said.
His average export price forecast remained at $167-$171 per 1,000 cubic meters this year.
Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller said in mid-August the firm’s gas supplies to Europe grew by 10.4 percent as compared to the same eight-month period in 2015.
