Kazakhstani tourism portal Choсotravel has been accused of sexism and vulgarity after the release of its new commercial.

The video shows naked girls, impersonating flight attendants of different airlines, offering to sell plane tickets at a good price.

Social networks users reacted differently: some liked it, others said that "sex does not sell anymore," but most expressed indignation at the vulgarity and exploitation of a naked female body in advertising.

The video was viewed tens of thousands of times on social networks. Some were cool with it.

“Beautiful girls, there is nothing shameful in this ad,” one user said.

However, many viewers were left unimpressed or even angered by it.

“In my opinion, it is a failure,” one YouTube commentator wrote.

“I understand that the word sexism is unknown to the creators of the ad, as well as the word objectification. Such advertisements can be pushed only in the countries of the third world, not even in all CIS countries – everywhere else there would already be a scandal and a fine,” Alexandra Prochshenko expressed.

“A case when the team puts PR above its dignity,” Ardak Berdibekov noted.

“Guys, you're good, but you cannot do this. For me, as a woman, this is unpleasant,” Gulzhanat Ryskali said.

The video drew the attention of some western media as well; for example, the British tabloid Daily Mail called it “strange.”
