KIEV, January 19 (RIA Novosti) - Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko has asked the Constitutional Court to consider a parliamentary decision to dismiss the government on January 10, the presidential press service said Thursday.
According to the press service, Yushchenko asked to court to review the Supreme Rada's decision to establish whether it complied with the Ukrainian Constitution.
However, the president may face a problem. The Constitutional Court has not yet been formed, because the Rada has not appointed its judges.
