KIEV, November 10 (RIA Novosti) - Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko said Thursday that he was planning an amnesty on capitals previously acquired by individuals and legal entities who failed to pay taxes on them.
Yushchenko said in a live address to Ukrainian students that a resolution on the issue was currently being drafted.
The resolution also stipulates the monthly control over incomes and expenditures of state officials, he said, noting that taxes would be paid on all legalized capitals.
