MOSCOW, October 29 (RIA Novosti) - All the clocks in Russia are to be set one hour back for Daylight Savings Time October 30. "On October 30, the summer time period will end in Russia, which is why the hands of all the clocks in the country will be turned one hour back at 3.00 a.m.," the Russian Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology said.
The first chronicled time change in Russia was in 1917.
