Representatives from 43 countries to discuss anti-terrorism in Washington

WASHINGTON, October 24 (RIA Novosti, Arkady Orlov) - Representatives of anti-terrorism agencies from 43 countries are scheduled to meet in Washington October 25 to discuss measures against international terrorist groups and the possible links between major terrorist networks and regional groups in Chechnya, Iraq, southeast Asia and other areas.

The international roundtable, which is being organized by RIA Novosti and the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, will include presentations from prominent U.S., Russian, and Israeli anti-terrorism officials.

The talks will also involve French, Austrian, Saudi and South African representatives.
