The international investigation team probing the crash of the MH17 flight in eastern Ukraine cannot yet name specific culprits, the German Foreign Ministry said Wednesday.

BUK Missile System That Took Down MH17 'Brought From Russia' - Prosecutors
BERLIN (Sputnik) – Earlier in the day, the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) announced that the plane had allegedly been downed by a Buk missile system which was brought from "the territory of the Russian Federation." Furthermore the investigation believes that the missile was launched by the territory controlled by the Donbass militia. 

Nevertheless, the JIT said that the prosecutors do not link the MH17 downing to the Russian state of Russian citizens' actions.

The team said that there are some 100 people involved "in one way of another" in the MH17 plane's downing.

"As far as I know, the Joint Investigation Team is presently not in the state to name specific names," spokesman Martin Schaefer said.

According to the official, the German government considers the results of the work Joint Investigation Team (JIT) on downing of the MH17 credible.
