In 2012, Earth Hour will be held on March 31. The lights on more than 75 buildings across Moscow will be switched off from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m (4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. GMT). The World Wildlife Fund expects more than 15 million Russians take part in the global event.
