For now, this little predator’s “fierce” roars sound more like the squeaks of a cartoon mouse, but in no time the cub will grow up into a big and strong polar bear.

Berlin Zoo welcomed its newest addition into the world in November. According to the zoo representatives, the bear cub weighs around three kilograms, increasing from exactly 600 grams when it was born. The mother polar bear, Tonja, is breastfeeding her cub every couple of hours, so the little one is expected to grow quickly as polar bear milk contains 30 percent fat.
