MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Spending of the Russia's Reserve Fund’s resources will total 2.1 trillion rubles ($33.18 billion) at the end of the year, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said Friday.

"The spending of the reserve fund in comparison to the plan will not change, it will stand at 2.1 trillion rubles as was planned," Siluanov said at the Sochi-2016 forum.
