MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Such actions should be countered, Peskov said, commenting on Russia's new information security doctrine approved by Russian President Putin earlier in the day.
"It cannot be denied that we are facing actions, it can even be said a purposeful trend aimed at the distortion of historical facts, manipulation… in order to render ideological pressure [on Russia]," Peskov said.
