MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to Bloomberg, Putin called an incident involving Russian jets flying close to US ship in the Black Sea a “high risk”. During the Cabinet session, according to the agency, some members said that the United States “deserve it,” while Putin responded sharply with “Are you crazy?”

“These closed meetings are being held so that the participants can freely exchange views on the acute issues, this is why I cannot deny nor confirm this information,” Peskov said when asked to comment on a Bloomberg article.

“I will just say that the president, of course, and he said it yesterday, is not a supporter of fueling tensions, speaks for very clear compliance with the corresponding documents of the international law, which regulate cooperation when it comes to dangerous incidents, in the air or at sea. He pays attention to this as a Commander in Chief,” Peskov said.
