President Vladimir Putin is expected to meet with the leaders of State Duma parties on November 28. The lower house’s deputies and senators from the upper house do not know yet when Putin will make his first address to the Federal Assembly after his return to the Kremlin. The address is likely to be followed by a large press conference.

Apple will have three direct sellers of iPhones in Russia: the VimpelCom and MTS cell phone operators and the Svyaznoy mobile phone retailer.
