MOSCOW, October 17 (RIA Novosti) - A bill on simplified income declaration for individuals will improve Russia's investment climate, the Russian prime minister said Monday.
"We are continuing to work on a bill on simplified income declaration for individuals," Mikhail Fradkov said. "I am sure that we will reach solutions which will positively influence Russia's investment climate and image."
Fradkov also said amendments to the Tax Code, aimed at improving the procedure of tax inspections, would make the process easier to understand and more predictable, although the amendments would not solve all existing problems in this area.
