LUHANSK, September 10 (RIA Novosti) – The ceasefire in eastern Ukraine will not last long, as the Kiev government is now preparing to resume military action by regrouping forces and bringing in foreign mercenaries, LPR Prime Minister Igor Plotnitsky said Wednesday.

“The Ukrainian side has been provoking us to attack on a daily basis. We stick to these [ceasefire] agreements and respond only when attacked. We launch no offensives, but the ceasefire is unlikely to last long, because we see how the Ukrainian army regroups and rotates troops. We see mercenaries coming… So, they are most likely preparing for something,” Plotnitsky said.
