KIEV, September 5 (RIA Novosti) – In an official statement published Friday Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko instructed the country’s foreign minister to monitor east Ukraine ceasefire compliance jointly with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).
“I also instruct the foreign minister of Ukraine together with the OSCE to ensure efficient international control over the compliance with the ceasefire regime,” the statement reads.
