MOSCOW, September 4 (RIA Novosti) – The United States has been preparing a new round of economic sanctions against Russia, Reuters reported Thursday citing a senior White House official.
"The key point is that Russia must continue to face costs for its own escalation," the official was quoted as saying. "If Russia escalates we can escalate our pressure."
