ULAN-BATOR, September 3 (RIA Novosti) – The warring parties in Ukraine must cease hostilities immediately in order to end bloodshed in Ukraine, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Wednesday during his visit to Mongolia.
“I think that the conflict parties must immediately agree on the following actions and carry them out in a coordinated manner. First, they need to stop active and offensive operations by their armed forces, paramilitary formations and self-defense forces in southeastern Ukraine’s Donetsk and Luhansk regions,” Putin told reporters.
