NEW YORK, September 26 (RIA Novosti) – The top diplomats of Russia and the United States will meet on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly later on Thursday, a diplomatic source in the Russian delegation said.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry “will hold another unscheduled meeting today,” the source said.
The two diplomats previously met on Tuesday to discuss the draft UN Security Council resolution on eliminating Syria’s chemical weapons.

Some people are trying to make the reality in Russia at least a bit more humane.
