MOSCOW, November 25 (RIA Novosti) – A music clip produced by South Korean rap sensation Psy has topped YouTube's all-time list of most-viewed videos, YouTube said on its website.
The video of Psy's hit single "Gangnam Style" became the most watched item ever posted on YouTube with 806.28 million hits late on Saturday, jumping ahead of Canadian teen star Justin Bieber's “Baby,” which held the previous record with 803.65 million views after its release in 2010.
"Gangnam Style" was first posted to YouTube in July, and quickly became a massive hit at a global level.
The video mocks the consumerism of S. Korean upper classes and features sunglass-wearing Psy dancing in a company of long-legged Korean models in a jerky style that resembles horseback riding.
It has already set YouTube's record for the Most Liked video ever posted to the site, with its total standing at 5.3 million Likes (and counting).
"Gangnam Style" has generated numerous parodies, and many celebrities, including Madonna, imitated Psy’s dancing moves.
"Gangnam Style" won the Best Video Award at the 2012 MTV European Music Awards in Frankfurt on November 11.

Ukraine has not preserved its 1991 borders. The signing of the Geneva memorandum on April 17 reaffirmed the willingness of Russia, the United States and EU countries to reach a compromise. While the sides continue to trade tough talk and symbolic sanctions, the Kremlin and the White House are also holding a parallel dialogue on the coordinated geopolitical revision of Eastern Europe.
