BRUSSELS, November 23 (RIA Novosti) - The EU summit to discuss the seven-year budget was adjourned with no decisions made, European Council President Herman Van Rompuy said on Friday.
The 25th EU summit since the debt crisis began three years ago started at 2:00 Moscow time on Friday in the Belgian capital, two hours later than scheduled.
“First session just finished,” Van Rompuy said. The summit will resume on Friday noon local time [11:00 GMT].
The summit is scheduled to end on Friday, but Euronews reported it might to go through until Sunday.
