At least 10 people were killed and four injured after a Boeing 727-200 cargo aircraft crash landed near the Kotoka International Airport in Ghana on Saturday night, BBC reported on Sunday.
The agency said citing Ghana’s airport operator that the plane en route from Lagos, Nigeria, overshot the runway upon landing and collided with a minivan full of passengers.
“The aircraft collided with a minivan, resulting in 10 confirmed fatalities,” BBC quoted a statement from airport’s operator.
Four crew members on board of the aircraft were reported as injured.
