Progressive Socialist Party leader Walid Jumblatt said on Wednesday Lebanon accepts the indictments by the UN Special Tribunal on the assassination of then-Prime Minister Rafik Hariri but will not tolerate any interference in its domestic affairs.

STL decisions "must not destabilize the situation within the country," Jumblatt said after talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Moscow.

On June 30, Lebanon's prosecutor general received the indictments from the tribunal set up to prosecute those responsible for the murder of Hariri. He was killed in a massive car bomb attack in a seaside area of Beirut on February 14, 2005.

The indictment reportedly includes arrest warrants for members of the militant Shiite Hezbollah movement.

The names of Mustafa Badereddine, the brother-in-law of Hezbollah's late military leader Imad Mughniyeh, as well as Sami Issa, Selim Ayyash, and Assad Sabra were all leaked to the press.

According to some reports the suspects may already have left Lebanon.
