Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Norwegian counterpart Jonas Gahr Store will meet on Monday in Russia's Baltic exclave of Kaliningrad to discuss the implementation of a visa facilitation agreement.
The visa facilitation agreement for residents of border areas was signed in Oslo in November 2010.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said the two ministers are set to debate a wide range of regional and international problems.
