The final report of the plane crash which killed the Polish president and 95 others in April is now available on the RIA Novosti website.
President Lech Kaczynski and 95 top officials were killed when their plane came down in thick fog near the western Russian city of Smolensk on April 10.
The Interstate Aviation Committee (MAK) published the report detailing its investigation into the causes of the crash on Wednesday.

MAK said Polish pilot error was to blame for the incident. It said the crew ignored poor weather warnings because they feared a "negative reaction" from Kaczynski if they switched to a reserve airfield.
