TBILISI, October 2 (RIA Novosti) - Georgia's president is meeting with the chairman-in-office of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe in Tbilisi to discuss Georgia's ongoing diplomatic row with Russia.

Georgia has agreed to hand over four Russian officers it arrested last week on suspicion of spying to the OSCE, but tensions with Moscow remain high.

Before the talks with President Mikhail Saakashvili, Karel De Gucht, who is also Belgium's foreign minister, met with his Georgian counterpart Gela Bezhuashvili

Russia has suspended transport and postal links with Georgia. It has withdrawn most of its diplomats and families from the country since the arrests of its military servicemen last week, and has suspended a pullout from its Soviet-era bases in the country, placing them instead on high alert.
