07:52 GMT 08.10.2010 (Updated: 19:52 GMT 19.10.2022) The Soyuz TMA-01M,launched from the Baikonur cosmodrome in southern Kazakhstan, took off successfully with American astronaut, Scott Kelly and Russia's Alexander Kaleri and Oleg Skripochka on board. They are due to reach the orbiting laboratory in two days, where they will join two US astronauts and a Russian cosmonaut who have been at the station since June.
