All passengers aboard were killed, a local TV station KEYE reported citing sheriff's office as saying.

"The balloon was occupied and it does not appear at this time that there were any survivors of the crash. Investigators are determining the number and the identities of victims at this time," Caldwell County Sheriff Daniel Law said in a statement.
Federal officials say a hot air balloon carrying at least 16 people caught on fire and crashed into a pasture near Lockhart in Central Texas, AP reported.
The tragic incident took place at about 8:40 a.m. local time (13:40 GMT), near the town of Lockhart, which is about 30 miles south of the Texas’ capital of Austin. The balloon is said to have caught fire and crashed into a pasture.
