MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The incident took place at an apartment complex after 6:00 p.m. local time (23:00 GMT) on Saturday, KVUE TV-channel reported citing the Bastrop County Sheriff's Office.

One child was reportedly transported to a hospital with minor injuries.

The murderer is said to have committed suicide. His motives are unknown.
