US Aware of Video of Incident Between Russian Police, American Diplomat

US State Department is aware of a video capturing the struggle between a Russian police officer and an American diplomat in Moscow, State Department spokesperson John Kirby said on Friday.

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — On Thursday, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told reporters that there was video showing that a US diplomat attacked a Russian police officer in Moscow.

"We are aware of a video… I know of no plans to release that video," Kirby stated when asked about the Russian Foreign Minister saying there was a video of the incident that was handed to the State Department.
