MOSCOW, April 16 (R-Sport) – Russia's Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova said Tuesday she was happy with her new coach, former world No. 1 Martina Hingis.

Last month, world No. 19 Pavlyuchenkova broke off links with coach Gerald Bremond, who left to coach Marion Bartoli, and joined forces with the Swiss star.

“She arrived in Moscow with me, everything is fine for now,” said the Russian, who will represent her country at the Fed Cup semifinal against Slovakia this weekend.

Pavlyuchenkova warned against expecting instant results from her new union, however.

"We will work during the clay part of the season and then we will see how it goes,” she said.

Pavlyuchenkova revealed she had been practicing with Hingis for months before the role was formalized.

“She has been helping me since September even when I had the French coach, so she was with me during the pre-season training, I liked her advice, so we'll see how it goes,” she said.

Pavlyuchenkova won her fourth WTA title in Monterrey earlier this month to return to the top 20.

But Hingis will attempt to improve her consistency after first-round defeats at the Australian Open, Indian Wells, Miami and elsewhere.
