MOSCOW, November 18 (R-Sport) - Ahmed Musa scored one goal and set up another Sunday as CSKA Moscow extended their lead at the top of the Russian Premier League with a 3-0 win at home to Amkar Perm.

CSKA move six points clear of second-placed Zenit St. Petersburg, whose game at Dynamo Moscow was called off Saturday after Dynamo’s goalkeeper was hit by a flare from the stands.

Sweden midfielder Rasmus Elm scored his fourth goal in six games from the penalty spot after Nikola Mijailovic fouled Pontus Wernbloom on 25 minutes.

Musa made it two on 74 minutes with his eighth goal in 16 league games this season, latching onto Alan Dzagoev’s pass with a burst of speed and rounding goalkeeper Sergei Narubin before a calm finish.

In stoppage time, the Nigerian charged at the Amkar defense before laying off the ball for Alexandrs Cauna to smash in the hosts' third, sealing revenge for a 3-1 defeat at Amkar in July.

Third-placed Anzhi Makhachkala can CSKA's lead to three points against FC Rostov later Sunday.

Amkar stay 11th after their third-straight defeat, in which the league's easternmost team could possibly have changed the course of the game if not for a disputed penalty call.

Late in the first half with the score at 1-0, Mijailovic seemed to be tripped in the CSKA box, but the referee waved play on. In the second half, Gianluca Nijholt could have put Amkar level, but the Dutchman dragged his shot wide.

For CSKA, Musa’s pace allowed him to repeatedly expose a sluggish Amkar defense, but the Nigerian sent shot after shot wide or straight at Narubin, including one chance just seconds after the restart from his goal.

Keisuke Honda enjoyed a good chance on 19 minutes but shot wide after running onto Dzagoev’s layoff pass. Earlier, Cauna scooped the ball over the bar as he tried to finish off Dzagoev and Honda’s neat passing move.

On Saturday, lowly Volga held Spartak Moscow to a 1-1 draw, and Rubin Kazan beat Alania Vladikavkaz 2-0.
