The Finnish league's top scorer Perttu Lindgren has switched from Lukko Rauma to the Moscow KHL team Atlant, the Russians said Tuesday.
The 25-year-old center at Lukko after a season overseas, where he played 74 matches for the AHL side Iowa Stars, scoring 14 goals and making 33 assists, and also made one appearance for the Dallas Stars in the NHL.
"Forward Perttu Lindgren from the Finnish team Lukko has signed a two-year contract with the Moscow region team Atlant," said a club statement.
Linndgren got 23 goals and 43 assists in 56 games for Lukko, carrying him to the top of the SM-Liga's scoring charts.
Atlant reached the KHL Western conference semifinals this season, losing to SKA St. Petersburg 4-2 in the best-of-seven series.
