Slaven Bilic’s Lokomotiv Moscow team will play a friendly against Serbian champions Partizan Belgrade in the Croatian’s first match since replacing Jose Couceiro as coach, Croatian news website Vecernji List reported Friday.

The match will take place between July 1 and 10 at a training base near the Slovenian city of Maribor, the website reported.

Lokomotiv spokesman Denis Novosyolov refused to comment on the report when contacted by RIA Novosti.

Bilic, who has been Croatia coach since 2006, will take over at Lokomotiv after Euro 2012, where Croatia is taking part.

Bilic was announced as Couceiro’s replacement Monday, after the former Portugal under-21 coach’s contract expired. Lokomotiv finished sixth in the Russian Premier League in 2011-12 and failed to qualify for European competition.
