MOSCOW, February 2 (RIA Novosti)
Zenit St. Petersburg midfielder Viktor Fayzulin has signed a contract that will keep him at the Russian Premier League club until the end of the 2015-16 season.
Fayzulin, 25, is a regular in the Zenit first team and has played 114 matches for the club in all competitions, scoring 16 goals, since joining from Spartak Nalchik in 2007.
He was a member of the Zenit squad that won the UEFA Cup in 2008, playing on the right wing in the final against Glasgow Rangers.
Fayzulin, born in Nakhodka in Russia’s Far East, has played twice for the national reserve side.
