Russia's Nikolai Skvortsov snapped up the silver medal in the men's 200m butterfly at the 2010 European Swimming Championships in Budapest.

Skvortsov, timing 1 minute 56.13 seconds, lost the gold by 1.13 seconds to Poland’s Pawel Korzeniowski.

Outgoing champion Ioannis Drymonakos of Greece took bronze.
