According to International Olympic Committee, National Olympic committees have one week and one day to register their athletes for the Summer Games in Rio.

Putin Discusses IOC Decision With Russian Security Council Ahead of Meeting Team
MOSCOW (Sputnik) – National Olympic committees have one week and one day to register their athletes for the Summer Games in Rio, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) said Wednesday.

"National Olympic Committees have until 4th August to register their athletes to the Games," the IOC press service told R-Sport.

Following the IOC’s Sunday announcement delegating decisions to ban or allow Russian athletes into the August 5-21 games to individual international federations, 109 Russian athletes have been disqualified and the status of 117 more remains in limbo as of early Wednesday.
