After the Beyoncé concert in Copenhagen the audience created chaos at Kastrup Airport. ID inspectors were unable to check everyone's documents in time, resulting in thousands of people sitting down for hours.

The actual chaos began when the Swedes, who comprised the majority of the audience at the Beyoncé concert in Copenhagen, wanted to get home by train across the bridge.

"There were thousands of people standing for hours in the arrival hall at Kastrup without getting any information," says SVT's Skåne Cecilia Ahle employees who were at Copenhagen airport on Sunday evening.

Later on, Cecilia Ahle described the atmosphere as ‘good' in the beginning.

"Since we got little information, with every minute it was getting more and more irritating. We were packed like sardines and people pressed from every direction. It was a terrible situation," Ahle says.

According to Skånetrafiken, this pandemonium occurred because people tried to push past the ID controls without actually being checked to reach the trains.

"There were a lot of people at once and chaos occurred when several passengers did not respect the ID controls," says Magnus Andersson of Skånetrafiken.

Then an an alarm sounded which warned that people were walking on tracks, causing the train to stop.

"We will have a dialogue with the DSB that there will be many travelers to Sweden after big concerts in Copenhagen. How they prepared themselves for this, I do not know. But we will talk to them during the day to see what went wrong," Magnus Andersson said.

"In the end we got a taxi," Cecilia Ahle said. "It took us four hours to get back home."
